Thanksgiving. Crunchy leaves. Crispy apples.

This month, take comfort in the familiar traditions, fragrant scents, and delicious tastes that we enjoy during the fall. Here’s to a November full of gratitude for you and your continued appreciation of living a healthy lifestyle!

Thanksgiving may be more physically intimate this year, but with Zoom, Facetime and Skype, we can still be together.

Learn more by watching this 3min. video with Manfred Lamprecht, Director of Clinical Research for Juice Plus+, as he discusses the importance of omega fatty acids and the role omegas play in our heart, brain, and eye health. He also reviews our newest research study – the 41st research study done on Juice Plus+.

Butternut Squash Soup

This month many of us love getting more veggies in our diet by making soups chock-full of autumn flavors. Enjoy this very orange and very tasty soup recipe!
