Heading into the Holiday Season can be a somewhat stressful time for most. An easy way to re-center is simply by breathing. You can be sitting anywhere with your feet flat on the floor and back up straight. Close your eyes and simply focus on your breath. Breathe in through your nose for a count of 5, then out through your mouth for a count of 5. Continue this for a few minutes. As you experience more relaxation, increase your counts to 10; breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. In less than 5 minutes you’ll be re-centered and better relaxed.
